Changes

• Improved hit detection on the Huntsman
• Added mp_disable_respawn_times 2 ConVar setting to fully shorten the respawn times
• Fixed nav_generate command not kicking bots
• Fixed bots not using competitive roster in some cases while in competitive games
• Fixed manual Stickybomb detonations not displaying the scorch decal for the owner
• Fixed Stickybombs detonations not displaying the scorch decal on walls
