Team Comtress 2 Update - February 12, 2026
- (TEST) Pause improvements
- Pause key now bound to F9 by default
- Added UI for indicating when a pause has occurred, and when the game is being unpaused
- Spectators can now move around during a pause
- Fixed various networking issues and regressions from game-level pausing
- Fixed various client desync bugs related to pausing
- Implemented missing pause cooldown / limited pauses feature
- Known issue: timers still progress during a pause
- We’ll be adding an indicator for who paused the game, how many pauses you have left, and why you can’t pause if applicable
- (TEST) Added match history for Competitive matches
- Matches will now be stored, and be available on teamcomtress.com at a future date
- Added new Administrator voice lines to competitive mode
- Work is ongoing in this area to improve game state feedback to players
- Changed high-skill competitive rollout time from 3 seconds to 5 seconds
- Fixed a competitive match countdown desync issue
- Fixed a regression where competitive matches would not progress to the next map
- Fixed an issue where matchmaking servers would not properly clean up bot settings
- Minor stability improvements and fixes
